Our resident Grid 3 expert, Belva Holman, recently created some quick how-to videos to do basic editing and other troubleshooting questions that have come up with some of our users. We wanted to provide beginners the tools to edit page sets and do other minor edits on their own – getting the user back to communicating as quickly as possible.
These videos are located under the Support section of the Control Bionics website – accessible from the main navigation menu at the top of the site. The page features over 12 videos that pop up right in the page, so you never have to leave the site to watch the video.
Belva, our Clinical Education Specialist, created these videos in response to feedback from our clients that they’d like to be able to do more independently to work on Grid 3 page sets. Now users can access these how-to videos anytime they need to make a quick edit to their page sets.
